- Be a resident of Antipolo or surrounding areas (as per our current service coverage)
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Maintain only one active account per person
3. User Types and Responsibilities

- Must accurately represent skills, experience, and qualifications
- Are responsible for delivering quality work as agreed with employers
- Must maintain professional conduct in all communications
- Should upload legitimate credentials and portfolio items
3.2 Individual Clients
- Must provide clear and accurate job descriptions
- Are responsible for fair payment terms and timely compensation
- Must maintain professional and respectful communication
- Should provide legitimate contact information
3.3 Business Clients
- Must provide valid business registration and permits
- Are responsible for compliance with local labor laws
- Must maintain updated business information and credentials
- Should ensure workplace safety and fair employment practices
4. Platform Usage Guidelines
4.1 Prohibited Activities
- Posting false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings
- Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication
- Uploading copyrighted material without permission
- Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting identity
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees or processes
- Posting content that violates local laws or regulations
4.2 Content Standards
- All content must be relevant to professional services
- Profile information must be accurate and up-to-date
- Job postings must contain clear requirements and compensation details
- Communications should maintain professional standards
5. Verification and Safety
eHireMoKo implements verification processes to ensure platform safety:
- Admin approval required for job postings and credential submissions
- Document verification for business employers
- User reporting system for inappropriate behavior
- Account status monitoring and enforcement
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- User data is stored securely and used only for platform operations
- Profile information may be visible to other users as intended

- Is not responsible for disputes between users
